- right to rectification (correction) of your data,

- right to restrict data processing,
- right to object to data processing,
- right to data portability,
- right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- The legal basis for processing your personal data will be the necessity to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations arising from legal provisions and the legally justified interests of the Administrator, which consist of cooperation with the entity for which you work and the implementation by the Administrator of tasks related to its activity.
- Your personal data will be made available to persons working for the Administrator and under his control and may also be made available to external entities providing telecommunications and internet services (e.g., hosting provider, email service providers, etc.), accounting and HR services, quality management services, management services, legal services. Data is made available for processing only to the necessary extent. Moreover, if necessary, your personal data may be disclosed to entities, bodies, or institutions authorized to access data based on legal provisions, such as the police and other state services, courts, public prosecutor’s offices, and also to tax offices to the extent necessary to fulfill tax-accounting-bookkeeping obligations.
II. Purpose, scope, and method of personal data processing
- The Administrator will process the following categories of your personal data: name and surname, contact details (email, phone number, data related to other electronic communication channels), data of the entity for which you work together with the contact and address data of this entity. If the Administrator receives other personal data from you, he may also process them for the purposes indicated in the next point below. The range of provided data is voluntary, but its provision is necessary to establish contact and implement cooperation.
- The purpose of data processing is to establish contact and implement cooperation, i.e., the data will be processed for:
- contacting you on matters related to the intention to establish cooperation or in connection with the Administrator’s activities resulting from the conclusion of a contract with you or a contract concluded by the entity for which you work or to contact you in connection with providing services for the Administrator’s clients,
- fulfilling the Administrator’s obligations towards state institutions, arising from legal provisions,
- maintaining and developing the Administrator’s business, e.g., internal reporting or marketing activities.

- during the period of cooperation between you and the Administrator,
- during the period of cooperation between the Administrator and the entity for which you work,
