Accounting services
We offer services in keeping accounting books for business entities from various industries and of different sizes. We assist in choosing the right recording solutions tailored to the customer’s needs. We work on our system or on the client’s systems, depending on the requirements.
Obtaining external financing
We prepare business plans and loan applications, negotiate the granting and restructuring of financing with banks and other credit institutions. We assist in obtaining alternative forms of financing – funds, including VC, business angels.
HR and payroll services
We provide HR and payroll service, both for entities for which we keep accounting books and as an independent service. We maintain employee documentation, calculate salaries, and the related charges (ZUS contributions, taxation).
Internal control and forensic accounting

Przemysław Fabiś
Managing Partner, CEO
Manager, financier with nearly 20 years of experience in business, including in the new technologies sector. He graduated from the Poznan University of Economics and is a certified auditor with ACCA affiliate status. He gained professional experience at Grant Thornton Frąckowiak and Ernst & Young, continued as Vice-President and CEO of Eltel Networks S.A., and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NTT System S.A. (company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange).
He dealt with the auditing of financial statements and advisory projects, also in the German, Austrian, and British markets. He was responsible for financial departments, all support functions, as well as the overall operations of the companies – operational activities, and restructuring and development actions. He participated in mergers and acquisitions projects, both domestically and abroad. He collaborated on investments in start-up projects.
He has extensive experience in corporate finance and operational management. He led projects related to efficiency improvement, organizational changes, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring processes, and negotiations, both with clients and trade union organizations. He managed large human teams, worked in international structures, and is fluent in both English and German.

Hubert Łęcki
Managing Partner
Manager, accountant, and financier with over 20 years of business experience. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznan University of Economics (Master’s studies), he holds a certificate from the Ministry of Finance No. 30128/2008 for service-based bookkeeping. He has been involved in service-based bookkeeping since 2005.
He has over twenty years of experience acquired in his own family business, continuing its operations by keeping accounting books and preparing financial statements for entities from various sectors and sizes – commercial law companies (capital and partnerships), sole proprietorships, and other entities – e.g., foundations.
He provides business consultancy in the field of accounting, corporate finance, and taxes. He provided support during the establishment of new business entities, in transformation processes, and in crisis situations, assisted in choosing the tax form, and in building development strategies. He represents business entities during inspections and tax proceedings. He has experience in settling subsidies for entities operating in the market and start-ups.

Lidia Strzelecka
Partner
Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in consulting, graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics, tax advisor. From the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with a tax consulting firm serving international capital groups, responsible for building and developing the tax compliance team.
As part of her professional work, she provided services to both domestic clients and large international capital groups. She has carried out advisory projects for companies from the real estate, IT, automotive, chemical, machinery, health care and many other industries. She successfully implemented projects to recover overpaid taxes.
She prepares tax analyses, conducts current tax settlements, conducts tax reviews, including due diligence, and handles transactions. She conducts registrations and settlements for tax establishments of foreign entities and also implements tax procedures aimed at limiting tax risks on the part of companies and management staff. She supports clients operating in Special Economic Zones and the Polish Investment Zone.

Rafał Kasperowicz
Partner
Doctor of Economics with experience in creating and implementing innovative projects and in obtaining financing from EU funds and grants. For 18 years he was associated with the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where he was an assistant professor at the Department of Microeconomics. In his scientific career, he has been involved in research on the energy market, technology efficiency and entrepreneurship.
He has extensive experience as an expert of the National Centre for Research and Development and the European Commission (No. EX2024D1046878), where he participated in the evaluation of research and development projects. He led and supervised numerous projects co-financed by the European Union, m.in. under the Smart Growth Operational Programme. He deals with the implementation of innovative solutions in the technology and entrepreneurship sector, management of research and development projects and obtaining funds from various sources.
Among the key projects he has led are projects related to the optimization of energy consumption, the creation of innovative data analysis tools and the development of technologies for the gaming sector. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and holds patents in the field of data processing and IT engineering, and is fluent in English and German.
